"Color was totally different than expected"
I was disappointed when this arrived because the color looked nothing like the pictures. It came off way different in person, it just wasn’t the look I thought I was getting.

"Cute stuff, but not worth the price anymore"
I used to really like Juicy Couture, but the prices feel way too high now for what you actually get. Everything looks super cute online, but once it arrived, the quality just didn’t match what I paid. I expected it to feel a lot nicer. I also tried reaching out about it, and the email replies felt like they were written by robots, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"The shipping cost was ridiculously high..."
The shipping cost was ridiculously high, and that alone makes me not want to order again. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to talk to about it, just automated stuff. I would’ve appreciated some actual human contact before giving up on it completely.

"Return process was way too annoying"
I ordered from juicycouture.com and the stuff was cute, but trying to return one item turned into way more of a headache than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to dig through emails just to figure out what step I was on or what I was supposed to do next.

The refund also took longer than I expected, and while customer service did respond, it felt like nobody really took ownership of the issue. I kept getting slow, vague answers instead of someone actually helping me get it sorted. I still like the brand, but I’d be really hesitant to order online again unless I was completely sure I wasn’t going to return anything...

"Literally nothing I wanted was in stock"
I went on juicycouture.com hoping to buy a tracksuit, but almost every size and color I actually liked was sold out. Some items even showed up in search, but once I clicked into the product page, they were unavailable. It was literally so frustrating and felt like a total waste of time. They really need to do a better job keeping their stock updated

"Refund is taking forever again"
I’m tired of dealing with this same issue again. I requested a refund and it’s been weeks with still no money back. At this point, I’m just frustrated and not happy with the whole experience.

I reached out to Juicy Couture about my order, their customer service was useless. It seriously felt like they didn’t even bother reading what I wrote and just pasted some generic response to get me out of the way. I still don’t have a real solution, and I’ve had to keep chasing them like it’s my job. Super frustrating, and they’re the ones who messed this up...

"Started Off Excited, Then the Website Got on My Nerves"
I actually really like the products and was excited to browse at first. Then the site started acting up and my mood changed fast. Pages were taking forever to load, the filters weren’t really doing what I needed, and checkout felt more awkward than it should’ve been. It’s not a terrible experience overall, but the website needs some work.

"Not as comfy as I hoped"
I ordered a tracksuit from juicycouture.com, and to be fair, it looked nice when it arrived. But once I actually wore it, I was disappointed. The fabric felt stiff and a bit scratchy, especially around the waistband and sleeves. For the price, I expected it to feel much softer and more comfortable. I could only keep it on for a few hours before wanting to change. Not really what I was hoping for, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Started falling apart after just a few wears"
I bought this tracksuit thinking it would hold up for a while, but the seams started coming loose after only a few wears. I even washed it on gentle, so I was like, why is this so complicated and why does it already look worn out? For the price, I definitely expected better quality. Disappointing overall.

"Exchange process was more frustrating than I expected"
I thought doing an exchange would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more confusing than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to check my email just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.

Customer service also took longer than I would’ve liked to get back to me, and the replies didn’t feel very personal. They kind of seemed like generic copy-and-paste answers, so I still wasn’t totally sure if my item was actually being exchanged or just processed as a return.

For the price and the brand, I expected the whole thing to feel a lot smoother. Instead, it was a hassle, and it definitely made me think twice about ordering from juicycouture.com again.

"Felt like customer service was nowhere to be found"
I had a question about my order, so I figured I’d just send customer service a quick email and get it sorted out. Nope. I waited a few days, sent another message, and when I finally did get a reply, it didn’t even answer what I asked. It felt like no one was really reading the messages, just sending random responses. Frustrating when all you want is a simple update on your order.

"Sizing is really inconsistent"
I ordered the same size in a couple of these, and they fit completely differently. One was fine, but the other felt way off. The sizing is just really all over the place.

"Didn’t Fit Me at All"
I ordered my usual size, and it was way tighter on me than I expected. it was frustrating because I was counting on the size chart being accurate. Returning it was a hassle too, so I don’t think I’ll trust their sizing again.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered a hoodie and, it felt like it just sat there doing nothing for almost 3 weeks before it even started moving. The tracking was useless too, barely any updates the whole time. I get that delays happen, but this was just way too slow. If shipping is always like this, I probably won’t order again

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the designs feel outdated now. A lot of them come off as a bit cheap and way too flashy for my taste. Has anyone else felt the same way?

"Not soft like I expected"
I really thought the fabric was going to be soft, but it feels rough and kind of scratchy instead. I put it on and immediately thought, why is this so complicated, it should just be comfy to wear. Disappointing, especially for the price.

"Checkout kept freezing up on me"
I tried checking out twice and it froze both times, actually, the second time it completely cleared my cart. Super frustrating, so I ended up not buying anything.

"Cute at first, but didn’t really hold up"
I bought a tracksuit it looked really nice when it first arrived. But after just a couple of washes, the fabric started feeling weird and the stitching was already coming loose. I guess it’s wearable for now, but for the price I was expecting better quality. Kind of disappointing, but I’ve just accepted it for what it is.

"Just didn’t feel real to me"
The tags looked off, like really off, and it just didn’t feel authentic to me. I don’t think I’d buy from here again.
